Springtime Update

All three of our local singing groups are now up and running again and meeting regularly for their monthly 'Sings'.  Chichester and Lewes groups are back in their respective pub settings and Worthing group continues to meet at The Barn (for now still on the 2nd Wednesday of each month).  Please refer to the "Welcome" and "Local Group News" pages on this Blog for more details.

We also have a programme of public events to sing at and look forward to through the coming year - starting with the "Chichester Canal 200th Anniversary Celebration" on Saturday April 9th.  (We'll be singing at the canal basin cafe at 12.30pm).

The following week-end we’ll be at Firle House, in East Sussex for the Garden Fayre there on Sunday April 17th. (Singing late morning and again in the afternoon, times tbc).  Then May Day (May 1st) sees and hears us in East Sussex again, at the "Big Opening Event" at Oldland Mill near Keymer.

Other events follow these in May through to November, and details will be available on our Diary and News Pages as soon as confirmed.

We look forward to seeing you at any of our open house local group sessions, and we hope you'll enjoy the events where we'll be singing too.  If new to us and wanting to join one of our local groups to sing with us - just let us know by reply to the SDFS email (southdownsfolksingers21@gmail.com) and you’ll be made very welcome!
