QUEEN ELIZABETH'S PLATINUM JUBILEE CELEBRATION, Saltdean Lido, Friday 3rd June.
Two of our singers in the SDFS Lewes group are volunteers at the refurbished Saltdean Lido. They have invited us to sing at the Lido in support of a special celebratory event planned there for June 3rd.
The Lido's website describes how well the Lido has been refurbished through the enthusiastic support of the volunteers, and there will be an exhibition of this on display at the Lido.
We will be performing 2 sets, either side of lunchtime, on the greensward at the Lido - so hoping for a beautiful day!(As soon as confirmed, our exact singing times will appear in the event listing on the Diary page of this Blog.)
